1. Digital Products

All digital product sales are final.
Due to the nature of instant-access digital materials, purchases cannot be returned or refunded once access has been granted. Digital files are non-returnable and non-refundable.
If you experience a technical issue accessing your product, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase. We will promptly ensure you receive full access to your materials.
2. Consultations
(Zoom Sessions, Personalized Support Calls)
Your scheduled time is reserved exclusively for you.
• Consultations may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) are non-refundable.
• Missed appointments (no-shows) are non-refundable.
• Each consultation may be rescheduled one time only.
This policy protects scheduling integrity and ensures fairness for all clients.
3. Physical Products
(Detox Kits, Supplements, Shipped Items)
Unopened physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return conditions:
• Item must be unopened
• Item must be unused
• Item must be in original packaging
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
Opened supplements or consumable products are not eligible for return due to health and safety standards.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been received and inspected.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will review the issue and provide a replacement or appropriate resolution promptly.
5. General Terms
